Crisis Counseling

Victim Advocates provide services to participants in person or over the phone.

These services include:

  • Safety planning and crisis counseling
  • Support groups
  • Victim peer counseling
  • Court assistance, court accompaniment and injunction assistance
  • Referrals for child care, legal services and employment
  • Assistance filing for Victim’s Compensation and Relocation funds

All advocates are certified and able to provide any and all services to participants. A Bilingual Spanish-speaking Victim Advocate is available. In addition, we have a confidential language line available for all other non-English speaking participants and a TTY line for deaf participants.
